Since joining Amazon, I have consistently exceeded the high bar, scaling from an initial focus on critical HR experiences to leading a 20-person design organization and now steering global AI strategy. My trajectory is defined by rapid promotions and repeated recognition for transforming fragmented products into a cohesive, AI-driven ecosystem.
January 2022 
Joined Amazon as a Senior UX Designer. Helped establish the organization’s accessible design framework and piloted its first "born accessible" experience via a new performance management conversation guide.
March 2022
Switched to a Manager role. Lead a team of 5 designers. Scope expanded to include Compensation and Talent Evaluation.
September 2022
Expanded Scope. Team grew to 9 designers. Added Onboarding, Internal Transfers, and Promotions to my remit.
October 2022
Standardized a design process to track capacity and prioritize work. Through improved planning and prioritization mechanisms, I increased design support for cross-product patterns from 5% to 34%, significantly improving design and development efficiency across the org.
December 2022
Expanded Scope. Team grew to 12 designers. Added Talent Development and Manager Effectiveness.
March 2023
Awarded Amazon’s highest performance rating: "Exceeds High Bar."
May 2023
Elevated to Design Leader, Global Talent Management & Compensation. Now leading a multi-disciplinary team of 20. Presented the 3-year "Big Bet" strategy directly to the Head of HR (S-team).

March 2024
Awarded Amazon’s highest performance rating: "Exceeds High Bar."

October 2024
Promoted to Senior Manager. Continued leading the 20-person org and driving cross-functional alignment for the 3-year vision.
May 2025 
Switched to Principal UX Designer (AI Strategy) role. Pivoted to a high-level IC role to define the generative AI roadmap, including agentic experiences and future-state technology with SVP visibility. 
September 2025
Received organizational award for exceptional Bias for Action, an Amazon Leadership Principle. 
January 2026
Graduated as a Bar Raiser. Formally recognized as a steward of Amazon's hiring standards to ensure every new hire raises the company's performance bar. Participated in 90+ hiring decisions since start of Amazon tenure.
